Shipping and insurance are added at cost. Overseas orders will be sent by air, insured, unless

instructed, with cost to be determined (overseas shipping usually costs $40 or more.). We ship by
FedEx, so please supply
an appropriate street address AND a contact phone number. Shipping is additional: (in the US)

for the first book, $1.50 for each additional book. Complimentary postage
in US for orders over $500, and outside US $1200.
